Coming into this game, it didn’t feel like the Oregon Ducks were supposed to win this game.
With a quarterback who was hobbled and questionable to play, they were facing one of the best defenses in the Pac-12, and there were very few reasons to have confidence in the Ducks.
Dan Lanning and his squad showed some real heart, though, and ended up pulling out a thrilling victory.
Credit to Bo Nix. Credit to Bennett Williams. Credit to the defense. Credit to the offensive line.
Credit to Dan Lanning for having his team ready to go after a heartbreaker last week.
Oregon’s Pac-12 Championship hopes are still alive, and they are still alive going into the final week of the season.
Go ahead and celebrate, Oregon fans.
Heisman Moment?
They’re talking about Bo Nix winning the Heisman on the broadcast. This is the year

How to avoid Rod Gilmore
Tired: Currently only have access to the ESPN Spanish broad cast
Wired: No Rod Gilmore
Look at the brighter side 🫣

Dog off the leash
Justin Flowe with the unintentional 200IQ play

Flowe being Flowe
Justin Flowe getting credit for just tackling someone without the ball. His whole life has led to this moment.

Please stay, Kenny
On one hand, what Kenny Dillingham is doing with a one-legged Nix is masterful.
On the other, I hate coordinator searches.

Another bogus targeting call
Oregon has to lead the country in players being thrown out for targeting when the broadcast says “I wouldn’t call that targeting”.
— Geoff Schwartz (@geoffschwartz) November 20, 2022
Will the Pac-12 just disband already?
Pac-12 + targeting is the worst combo ever.

Not how you want to start the 3rd quarter…
So you take Bo Nix out of the game after an incredible first half, try a trick play, and it leads to a fumble and a Utah TD….
Dillingham, please explain the thinking.

Complete momentum shift
Utah ties the game. That play call to open the 3rd quarter for Oregon is aging as poorly as you thought it would.

Respect the vet
Another Oregon interception. Bennett Williams, again. We’re not supposed to root for players or teams, but man, Williams was roasted last week, accepted full blame for his performance vs UW, and now leads the team in tackles and has two INTs. The second might be the one to win it

All of the credit
Credit where it’s due: Oregon’s defense came to play tonight.

Heads Up Bo
What a heady play from Nix. He hasn’t shown the ability to run it all night, but dives for first down yardage to essentially put this one out of reach.

Don’t you forget
Cam McCormick with a game saving tackle, y’all remember that tonight.

The Top Tier
Bo is now my favorite Oregon qb not named Marcus

Meeting Expectations
Thought the floor for this team was 9-3 with the new staff. Got the 9th win. Very encouraging debut season for Lanning and co. My expectation before the season was 10-2, reach the title game. 1 more win.

Re-start that Heisman Campaign
No more Rod Gilmore please
Rod Gilmore just described Bo Nix like he played this game as Lieutenant Dan 💀💀
