Firefighters rescue 6 kittens from crawl house in Salem


A firefighter from Marion County Fire District 1 shows a kitten that was rescued from under a house on Wednesday.

Six kittens and a mom cat had been rescued from beneath a home on Auburn Street in Salem on Wednesday, in keeping with Marion County Hearth District 1.

The district stated in a launch the house owner known as for assist at about 2:30 p.m. asking for help. The mom cat had relocated her one-to-two week previous kittens earlier within the day.

Marion County Hearth District 1 firefighters climbed within the crawl house underneath the home, rescued the kittens and returned them to their proprietor, who lived subsequent door.
