Portland police establish man killed in September Outdated City stabbing

On Tuesday, the Portland Police Bureau recognized the person as 40-year-old Anthony Matthew Hartley.

Authorities were called to the corner of Burnside and NW 3rd at 11:30 a.m. September 30, the place officers discovered Hartley with stab wounds.
