- After drying the shrimp, season them with salt and pepper. Set aside.
2. Make three small slits along each side of each sausage or bratwurst. On medium heat, heat the olive oils in a large saucepan. Then add the sausage to the skillet and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes, turning once or twice.
3. Transfer the sausage to a cutting board and slice on the bias into ½-inch thick slices. Then return the sliced sausage back to the skillet.
4. Cook the shrimp for about 1 to 2 minutes. Turn over once you see some color.
5. Add the garlic and sautΓ© for 1 more minute.
6. Slowly stir in the cream. Next, add butter and parmigiano reggiano.
7. Mix the ingredients well until the cheese melts. Then, turn off the heat.
8. Drain the pasta and cook the pasta in a skillet.
9. Sprinkle with the cajun seasonings, parsley and salt.
10. Add the tomatoes. Mix all ingredients until well combined. Just before serving, squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
